To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or unauthorized access.
10. Security and Data Breach Liability
We take reasonable precautions to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach or hacking, we are not responsible for damages, but we will promptly notify affected users as required by applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LogMyRent, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or Website, your violation of these Terms, or any violation of laws or third-party rights.

13. Termination

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mihijam, India. If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they will be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
16. No Reverse Engineering or Hacking
You agree not to disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the App or Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to their systems. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.
